Life of Buddha

The Buddha, began his life as a prince in India.
He was born into the wealthy warrior caste.

Siddhartha grew up never knowing much about the outside world. He married the lovely princess Yasodhara. They lived in a palace of beauty and pleasure.

When he was in his 20’s he went outside the palace and experienced three visions which changed his life. The Three Visions ????

1. Siddhartha saw someone in very old age.
2. Siddhartha saw a very sick person
3. Siddhartha saw a dead body.

Siddhartha had never before been aware of human suffering. By seeing this he was troubled....

The fourth sight of Siddhartha.
Siddhartha visited the city for the fourth time and saw a monk who was wearing orange colored robe. This monk was very calm and looked happy. So the Prince Siddhartha was very happy seeing this sight.
Siddhartha thought "I must become one like that" and decided to leave the palace to find a solution to end human suffering.
